AllHealth Network Pharmacy is partnered with the state as a COVID-19 vaccination provider. Please schedule your vaccination appointment online.
Who is Eligible for Vaccination?
Effective May 12, 2021, vaccines are now available to the general public age 12 and over. Click here to LEARN MORE about eligibility.
Vaccines are free of charge.
There will be zero out-of-pocket cost to get vaccinated. However, the pharmacy will bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance to cover the cost of administration, so please have your insurance information available. Uninsured Coloradans will have access to free COVID-19 vaccine.

AllHealth Network pharmacists will be administering the COVID-19 vaccine in our pharmacy.
Which COVID-19 Vaccinations Be Given?
At this time, we will be using the Moderna vaccine. Different manufacturers may be used as they become available and supply is determined.
